SF-182 Training Authorization Form

The FERS BlueprintTM Retirement Training System educates Federal employees using a system of learning based on the financial literacy and education strategy requirements outlined by the Office of Personnel Management. The training is provided via online instructional videos and downloadable course materials, which employees and spouses/partners can use to learn at their own pace. The curriculum is appropriate for employees at all career stages. During the subscription period, the training is available 24/7 on any device with internet connection.

Employees and/or supervisors may utilize this SF 182 Training Authorization Form, which includes our Federal contractor information and training codes, to request authorization for our virtual training.

As a vendor registered in SAM, we accept payment for the training via credit card and/or government funds. You may register by phone 888-958-0167.

If the agency requests, we will provide Certification of Training Completion and Evaluation on page 2 of the SF 182.
