Kelly Monroe | Founder/President
Kelly Monroe is a well-respected Federal retirement benefits trainer who is equally "at home" in the virtual classroom as well as in-person training. She has been teaching employees for over a decade and is known for her approachable and caring teaching style, easily understood illustrations, and in-depth benefits knowledge.
The FERS Blueprint™ Workforce Retirement Training Model, founded by Kelly, is the culmination of her extensive Federal retirement planning background coupled with simple, concrete lessons that reach all types of adult learners—verbal, visual and hands on.
Bri Villagrana | Director of Student Services
Bri Villagrana elevates and personalizes each employee’s learning experience in our virtual classroom. As a moderator, she’s responsive and organized making certain that every question is answered by the instructor. She has a knack for weaving in each person’s question to help them build FERS knowledge and real-life financial literacy.
